Christine is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with a degree in Holistic Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she is currently working toward a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy. She has been teaching yoga and meditation in studios, private homes, and retreat centers since 2011, and offers private and group classes, retreats, and retreat coordination for individuals and organizations seeking intentional, grounded experiences.

Her classes are rooted in vinyasa and hatha yoga, mindfulness teachings, and earth-centered imagery. Christine weaves physical practice with moment-to-moment awareness, honoring that every body and mind has different needs and that practice is an invitation to meet yourself where you are. Classes move through foundational standing postures, restorative floor work, and guided body scans, creating a spiritually grounded space that supports presence, alignment, and connection.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or create a meaningful retreat experience, Christine invites you to connect with her and explore the possibilities of working together.
